Dr. Thi Kim Vinh Nguyen is recently the founder and director of TNJ law firm. Having previously served as an arbitrator for 14 years, a Judge at People Court for 5 years, a lawyer at LNT & partners for 5 years and at Supreme Court for 11 years, Dr. Nguyen has developed a highly regarded reputation for handling trade and business, labor, administration, family and marriage, civil and criminal disputes.
Dr. Do Thanh Trung graduated with Bachelor, Master, and Doctor of Laws from the Ho Chi Minh City University of Law. He has nearly 20 years of experience in law areas, with many positions, and many contributions to the field of research. Currently, Dr. Trung works at TNJ as is a Senior Consultant. Besides, Dr. Trung is also an Arbitrator of the Center for Financial Commercial Arbitration (FCCA).
Dr. Luu Quoc Thai graduated from the Ho Chi Minh University of Law; Master of European Law at Lund University in Sweden; PhD at the Ho Chi Minh University of Law. Dr. Thai has many years of experience in law areas such as advising individuals, and businesses on legal issues related to land, house, and real estate business. Currently, Dr. Thai is a senior consultant of TNJ Limited Law Company, specializing in land law, and real estate business. Dr. Thai is also an Arbitrator of the Center for Financial Commercial Arbitration (FCCA).
Lawyer JEAN-MARC DE GREEF graduated with a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Saint Louis - Brussels, Belgium, a Master of Law at the International University of Brussels, Belgium and a PhD in International Relations from the University of Brussels, Belgium. .
